Chur, the location was incredible, right next to the Spanish Steps! But, the lift was tiny—you'd be doing some serious cardio if you're hauling heaps of bags. Sweet stay overall!

The location is fantastic, steps from historic attractions.
The lift situation was ridiculous. it only fits one person, and I had to carry my heavy luggage up several stairs. Communication with the landlord was a nightmare. He ignored all my attempts to contact him before check-out, which was incredibly frustrating.

Rome's charm is unreal! 🇮🇹
Location is solid—just a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. The room was huge, naai, and comfy. Daily cleaning was top-notch, and the hosts were just super nice, even sorted us out with late check-out. Brilliant!
The lift's kinda small—good luck if you're rolling with a lot of bags!

We had an extraordinary stay at this accommodation in Rome! The location is absolutely perfect – situated right in Piazza di Spagna, just a 10-20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious enough, and tastefully decorated, offering an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The manager was extremely friendly and attentive, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. We were 2 adults and 2 children and found 12 towels in the room. Despite the building being a historic monument, the bathroom was very spacious.
No breakfast provided during the stay.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated into a charming atmosphere that made you feel at home among the sights. Daily cleaning was solid, and the bathroom surprisingly generous for a historical setting, providing ample space for all the essentials.
Access to the room is a real workout, with a tiny elevator that barely fits a person and some steep spiral staircase action. The advertised 'city view' was a letdown, overshadowed entirely by scaffolding and neighboring buildings.

Just a great fit for a break on a long journey in Rome with reasonable value. The location is perfect, just steps away from delicious local dining options and charming cafes. Be ready for some cardio—the access isn’t easy, so pack light if possible!

Oh, the food scene around here is downright mouthwatering! Just steps from the hotel, I found local gems like Caffe Greco for a killer espresso and Nino Ristorante for authentic Italian feasts that left me wanting seconds. Plus, the room was modern with a slick bathroom that made me feel right at home in Rome.
Now, getting up to the suite was a bit of a workout. 86 steps or a tiny lift? I managed, but less mobile folks might find it tricky. No complimentary water was a bummer too!
